GENERAL Motors will be bringing their baby Hummer to the UK next year, but only in left-hand drive guise. Powered by a six-litre V8, the H3 will certainly offend the 4x4 haters, as it could easily become one of the biggest and most socially irresponsible off- roaders available in the UK.
